If you have more than one lawn at home that you would like treating, simply add the sizes of each lawn together and use their combined their
square meter area to find out the correct price above.

We base our prices on your total area of lawn you wish treated at your property, not for each separate lawn.

Our Ultimate Lawn Care Treatment Programme delivers the very best range and amount of treatments we offer, providing all the essential nutrients and weed control your lawn requires through the Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter

We will make 5 visits to your home. During our first visit, using powered equipment and hand tools, we will undertake the manual removal of Moss and Thatch from your lawn. Where as most of you will be familiar with Moss and how it competes for and takes over space in your lawn preventing grass from growing, you may not be aware what Thatch is and how it prevents you having a healthy lawn.

Thatch is a layer of organic matter that accumulates between the soil and the grass in a lawn. It's made up of living and dead plant material, including stems, leaves, roots, stolons, and rhizomes. A small amount of Thatch can help a lawn be more resilient to heavy traffic. It can also moderate soil temperature, retain moisture, and add nutrients to the soil. However, all lawns will naturally build up too much Thatch if not removed regularly. This can be a problem as too thick a layer of Thatch can reduce the amount of water and fertiliser that reaches the roots and can suffocate, dehydrate and starve your lawn of everything it needs to survive. It also means your grass won’t be able to grow evenly, meaning it will look patchy and, despite your best efforts, will look like you have given your lawn an uneven mow.

Once we have manually reduced the amount of Moss and Thatch in your lawn, we will apply a specially formulated slow release Spring Fertiliser, which over a period of about 3 months will release nutrients into your lawn helping to build strong roots and healthy green leaves. We will also use a pressure sprayer to apply Liquid Iron to your lawn, which will help kill off any remaining Moss freeing up even more space for your grass to fill.

About 4-6 weeks later we will make our second visit and spray a liquid Selective Weedkiller on your lawn that will kill the weeds not your grass. We wait this amount of time to allow the weeds to also benefit from the lawn fertiliser we applied, as for best results, we actually want the weeds to be actively growing and have healthy leaves. This is because the Professional weedkiller we use when applied with a pressure sprayer onto the leaves of weeds, is formulated to be absorbed through the leaves and then drawn down into the roots where it effectively kills the whole weed. The weed and any remaining weedkiller then naturally bio-degrades into the soil. This is unlike many weedkillers you can buy from a garden centre which appear to kill weeds quickly by turning the leaves brown, but often leaves the roots intact, allowing the weed to recover and re-emerge just a few weeks later.

Because we want the leaves of the weeds to be healthy and intact, we will need to time our visit so that the lawn hasn't been cut within the previous 7 days. If you are a regular grass cutting customer, we will take care of the timing for you. If you cut your own grass, we will need to coordinate the date of our visit with you. The lawn will also need to be dry for best results, with no rain forecast for at least 6 hours after application. As such, we will normally arrange a 'back up' date with you just in case the weather isn't suitable.

Depending on the timing of your second visit, our third visit will take place around June/July when we will apply three treatments which combine to give your lawn that quality look and feel.

First we apply our Summer Fertiliser, which is specially formulated to give your lawn everything it needs to be strong and healthy and look good. Then we apply Concentrated Liquid Seaweed which is packed with organic macronutrients and trace elements and also contains amino acids and growth promoters. These are effective bio-stimulants, which when applied alongside our quality fertiliser, combine to provide superb results for your lawn whilst also increasing its tolerance to stress and increasing the activity of beneficial microbes in the soil.
Then, to really give your lawn that extra help, we apply our Oasis treatment. This is a lawn soil improver that helps improve water penetration and the movement of water in your soil. It enables the soil to better absorb and keep hold of water, rather than have it run off or pool in one area. This is especially beneficial for lawns during the dryer summer months allowing the reduced rainfall or water you apply to your lawn to be drawn down into the soil and into the roots where it's needed, rather than just run off and be wasted or create boggy areas.

The combined effect of all these treatments helps your grass go from looking good to looking great!

Our fourth visit will occur around September/October when apply our Autumn Fertiliser. This is specially formulated to not only help your lawn continue to look great towards the end of the year, it also helps prepare the lawn for the cooler/wetter months ahead. We will also apply a second treatment of Concentrated Liquid Seaweed, not only to help keep your lawn looking great, but to enable the the bio-stimulants to prepare your lawn to cope with the harsh conditions it will face over the Winter. We will also apply a second treatment of Oasis. This will help your lawn cope with the increased rainfall the Autumn and Winter months will bring, helping reduce pooling and the formation of boggy patches.

Then, depending on the timing of your previous visits, we will visit a fifth time to apply a Winter Fertiliser. This is specially formulated to help your lawn over Winter, with a focus on staying healthy and maintaining strong roots so that when the Spring arrives, it is as well prepared as it can be to give you a fantastic looking lawn much earlier in the year.
