Leaf Clearing

Every autumn throughout October, November and December, deciduous trees shed their leaves, which, in sufficient numbers on the ground, can shade/cover lawns, causing the grass to die and can accumulate on paths, decking or steps where they start to rot down, causing a slip hazard to you and your family or even cause your decking to rot.

We offer a couple of solutions to help you deal with your leaves. If your garden is suitable, we can blow and bed in your leaves into your garden borders/vegetable patch, creating a natural mulch that will rot down providing an eco-friendly natural fertiliser.

If you do not have suitable garden borders, or if you prefer, we can collect your leaves and put them in your own green garden waste bin or bag them up for you to dispose of. Alternatively, we can take them away to environmentally friendly composting schemes - enabling others to benefit from your eco-friendly garden maintenance arrangements.

However, although householders can drop off their green waste for free, as a business, we are charged for recycling green waste and therefore we do make a charge for delivering green waste to the recycling centre.

Small Tree Maintenace

Whereas medium to tall tree maintenance is definitely a job for a specialist arborist/arboriculturist or tree surgeon, many gardens have smaller trees that just need some pruning/shaping to enable them to grow without intruding over paths or neighbouring properties.

Smaller tree maintenance of this nature, for trees up to 18ft tall, we can help with.
